Andrew Scantlebury

Managing Director

As a  person of Caribbean and African heritage, throughout his career,  Andrew has continuously recognised and sought to develop key strategic relationships whilst also promoting business opportunities across Africa, the Caribbean and the UK.

Andrew is responsible for the overall management and coordination of Pathway Caribbean and Pathway Africa and is also responsible for sourcing potential markets and ensuring the effectiveness of the supply chain.

He founded the company in 1996 and has an established career serving the political and social aspirations of the African-Caribbean business community. Andrew continues to contribute to the advancement of young enterprises and growing companies.

He is an expert on minority business/trade matters and is a member of the Genesis Initiative.

Andrew is also a keen promoter of various global charities.
